    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Sr. Program Manager responsible for overseeing large-scale programs aligned with organizational strategy on a tight, 6 month timeline. This individual will manage project portfolios, lead project managers, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes. The position requires expertise in program management principles, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:

     

    -Developing program strategies aligned with business goals

     

    -Set long-term performance goals and lead project teams

     

    -Coaching and developing team members

     

    -Serving as primary stakeholder contact and providing status updates

     

    -Manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast needs

     

    -Conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses

     

    -Ensure quality standards and drive continuous improvement

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Bachelor’s in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

     

    -7+ years in program management with strategic planning and business analysis experience

     

    -Proven success managing multiple large-scale programs

     

    -Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Basecamp)

     

    -Strong expertise with Jira, Confluence, Atlassian; front-end UI experience a plus

     

    -Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills

     

    -Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications

     

    -SAFE framework, Agile, Scrum experience

     

    -Finance / fintech /financial reporting and budgeting knowledge
