Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Agentforce Developer with deep expertise across Salesforce Core, GovCloud+, Data Cloud, and AI/LLM-powered experiences. You will design, build, and ship production-grade features aligned to user stories—leveraging Apex, Lightning, Flows, Platform Events, and modern integration patterns—while ensuring compliance with GovCloud+ standards and Salesforce Trust Layer controls. This role partners closely with Technical Architects and Product Owners to deliver secure, scalable solutions with robust test coverage and operational excellence.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years developing on Salesforce Core (Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events) and 2+ years building AI-enabled solutions (prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation).

- Hands-on experience with Agentforce (capabilities, platform boundaries), Salesforce Trust Layer, Data Cloud (unified profiles, segmentation, activations), and GovCloud+ operational constraints.

- Strong command of Apex design patterns (layered architecture, separation of concerns, unit testing, mocking), Lightning best practices, and Flow governance.

- Proven track record implementing integrations with multiple auth models (OAuth/JWT/SAML/Mutual TLS), API design, error handling, retries/backoff, and monitoring.

- Demonstrated ability to meet code coverage thresholds and adhere to Salesforce Secure Coding standards.

- Experience supporting deployments (change sets, unlocked packages, CI/CD with Copado/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins) across multiple orgs into Production.

- Excellent collaboration skills: able to lead code reviews, contribute to design documentation, and partner with architects and product teams.

- Solid understanding of data preparation (profiling, deduping, identity resolution, consent, lineage) for AI and Data Cloud.

- Certifications: Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, or Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
