Job Description
Role Overview:
The Salesforce Product Designer designs intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning for our staffing platform, supporting sales teams who partner with doctors and hospitals to fill staffing needs. This role serves as a strategic partner to product managers and engineers, leveraging knowledge of Salesforce patterns and capabilities to solve complex workflow challenges through discovery, thoughtful questioning, and scalable design solutions. This position reports to the Director of UX Design and Research and receives guidance from a Principal Product Designer.
The UX Designer handles understanding the customer's journey, showing pain points, and designing intuitive digital solutions to address them. This role works closely with the product manager, development team, and other groups to iteratively design and deliver a differentiating end-to-end user experience. The UX Designer is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, as well as in the continuous improvement of the product.
Job Duties:
-Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns, components, and capabilities with
proven experience designing within the platform
-Ability to think strategically about how to leverage Salesforce functionality to meet business and
user goals while working effectively within platform constraints
-Skilled at discovery, requirements gathering, and user research methodologies with ability to ask
probing questions and interpret results into actionable insights
-Proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma and comfortable working with
shared files, components, and version control
-Ability to work in an Agile environment, partnering effectively with Salesforce developers and
administrators, and communicating design rationale to diverse stakeholders

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
-2-5 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer
-2-3+ years of experience working on Salesforce products
-Figma expertise for prototyping
-Familiarity with Miro design tool, or related, for workshopping
-Previous experience working cross functionally with product development teams
-Great communication and presentation skills
-Thought leader and problem solver
-Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in scrum, sprint, and planning sessions Plusses:
-Salesforce Certifications (Sales or Service Cloud preferred)
-Educational experience in given field
-Experience designing complex B2B workflows for CRM systems
-Staffing industry experience
