Job Description
A financial client is looking to add a Junior DevOps Engineer as a member of an Agile Scrum or Kanban team to design, code, test, document, and ultimately deliver high performing software solutions to technical problems. They are working with the software developers to build and maintain software systems. They are expected to work with the team, the business and partners to achieve goals and meet deadlines. This includes working to understand and solve the business problems through the expert application of technology while adhering to the technical vision of the company.
This role is a 6 month contract to hire. The expectation is that this individual will convert full time, pending performance. Annual salary expectations are from 80,000-105,000. Please note that pay will be negotiated and numbers can fluctuate depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
• At least 2 years of DevOps experience
• Hands on experience building, maintaining, and deploying pipelines
• High proficiency in managing branch and release strategies
• Experience using common development tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, Visual Studio, or similar
• A background in automation and software development
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with development interfaces and tools as well as strong knowledge of computers and peripherals • Jira experience
• Experience developing software using Web Services, JSON, XML, CSS, HTML
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript and SQL
• Experience developing in MS SharePoint
• Experience developing in MS Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
