    Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who sets a high bar for design excellence and brings a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to every project. As a senior member of our design team, you will drive the end-to-end design process for complex products, championing user experience and visual quality at every stage. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.

    High-Fidelity Design & Detailing:

    Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs with exceptional attention to detail.

     

    Create comprehensive design specifications, flows, and documentation for engineering handoff.

     

    Ensure every aspect of the user experience is thoughtfully considered, from micro-interactions to overall system architecture.

    Collaboration & Influence:

    Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.

     

    Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization.

     

    Present and defend design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams.

    Design Systems & Process Improvement:

    Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.

     

    Identify opportunities to improve design processes and workflows.

     

    Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.

     

    Expert proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

     

    Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity work, design systems, and complex problem-solving.

     

    Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of design excellence.

     

    Advanced knowledge of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.

     

    Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Experience designing for large-scale, complex products or platforms.

     

    Familiarity with hardware prototyping, manufacturing constraints, and front-end development.

     

    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
