Job Description

Provide engineering support for residential and site development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory design criteria and contributing to infrastructure planning and design.

• Assist with feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project schedules.

• Prepare design plans for regulatory and client approvals.

• Support Project Manager with design tasks, reports, and construction administration (site visits, bid documents, submittals).

• Perform engineering calculations for drainage, grading, and pavement design.

• Attend project and agency review meetings; stay current on regulations.

• Implement innovative, cost-effective design solutions.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• EIT License or ability to obtain in a few months

• 1-2+ years of civil engineering experience

• AutoCAD Experience • Construction background
