Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join one of our larger clients in the Northern Virginia area. This candidate will be joining a team of PM's to assist with extensive, ongoing projects with numerous higher education clients over the next several years. Candidate should have prior experience as a Project Manager and be comfortable managing 10-15 projects at a time of different sizes that deal with MEP equipment replacements, roof repairs and replacements, and overall improvements to the higher education campus.

Skills and Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager

- 4-5 years of construction experience

- Great presentation/communication skills

- MEP or Maintenance Background - Previous General contracting experience

- previous college/higher education experience

- Mechanical/Electrical Background

- Bachelors is a heavy preference
