    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a Technical Project Manager, coordinating various aspects of project management without engaging in hardware engineering. This role involves close collaboration with design teams, test engineers, and technical teams to ensure project milestones are met and communicated effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as a Technical Project Manager, focusing on project coordination and management.

     

    Act as a liaison between test engineers and design teams to validate ongoing tests.

     

    Communicate project status, issues, and progress to technical teams, reliability teams, and engineers.

     

    Track the status of all projects, including shipment timelines, targets, and expected completion dates.

     

    •Maintain detailed records of project progress and completion timelines.

    •Utilize tools and technologies such as Jira, Oracle, and SharePoint for project management and tracking.

     

    Salary Expectations range from $60/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

     

    1-4 years of experience in program or project management.

     

    Familiarity with project management tools and technologies (Jira, Oracle, SharePoint).

     

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

     

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Lab tools

    Background in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related engineering discipline.

     

    Previous experience in a technical project management role.
