    RN Director – Cardiovascular Services

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to provide strategic leadership across multiple cardiovascular units. This role oversees clinical operations, staff performance, and quality outcomes within a high-acuity cardiovascular service line.

     

    The Director will lead Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Pre/Post Holding Units, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while collaborating closely with physicians and hospital leadership.

     

    **Location:** Margate, FL 33063

    **Schedule** : Full-Time | Days | No Weekends

    **Role Type** : Leadership (Administrative)

    C **ompensation** : $47.08 – $68.62/hour (based on experience)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage multiple cardiovascular units with 24/7 operational oversight

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and safety standards

    • Promote high-quality patient care and service excellence

    • Manage staffing, productivity, and resource utilization

    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

    • Drive performance improvement, quality initiatives, and patient satisfaction

    Scope of Leadership

    • Units Overseen: 4

    • Team Size: 26 FTEs (30 total headcount including RNs, Techs, and 1 CNC)

    • Required Experience Areas: Cardiovascular Services, Neuro and Interventional Radiology (IR)

    Qualifications

    • Current Florida RN license or compact license

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)

    • **Minimum 3 years Cath Lab / EP Lab clinical nursing experience (acute care)**

    • Minimum 2 years leadership experience as a Nurse Manager or Director in Cardiovascular Services

    • Proven experience managing multiple cardiovascular units

    • **Neuro and IR experience required (must be clearly indicated on resume)**

    • BLS & ACLS (required or obtained within 30 days of hire)

    **Pay Details:** $47.08 to $68.62 per hour
