    Responsibilities for a Warehouse Supervisor include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and direct shift operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective warehouse performance

    • Plan and schedule receiving, storage, shipping, handling of returns/damaged goods, and labor needs

    • Lead, coach, and manage shift personnel while driving productivity, engagement, and continuous improvement

    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA/MSDS regulations, and company policies

    • Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost control

    • Prepare and review operational, productivity, and efficiency reports

    Candidates for Warehouse Supervisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution operations experience

    • Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams

    • Intermediate computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Experience with SAP and/or Blue Yonder preferred

    • Strong working knowledge of material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes

    • Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

    **Pay Details:** $40.87 per hour
