Job Description

The role involves brazing large-scale dehumidifiers, ensuring all tasks align with job specifications, prints, and instructions. This includes performing main weldment for base frames, heat exchangers weldment, and stainless steel drum assembly.

Responsibilities

+ Brazing large-scale dehumidifiers according to job specifications and instructions.

+ Performing main weldment for base frames, heat exchangers, and stainless steel drum assembly.

+ Handling materials ranging from 20 gauge to 1/2 inch, including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, hot and cold rolled galvanized steel.

+ Proper use of equipment such as plasma cutter, band saw, drills, gas torch, MIG welder, TIG welder, spot welder, die, air tools including grinders, tub wedger, and impact wrench.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in brazing.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.

+ Ability to handle hand tools and general production equipment.

+ Experience with tape measure, HVAC systems, mechanical operations, and welding.

+ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine operations.

+ Skills in pipe bending, soldering, piping, and using power tools.

+ Experience with flux core and TIG welding.

+ Mechanically inclined with skills in inspection and grinding.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.
