    Job Title: Custom HVAC Assembler, $20-26

    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Custom HVAC Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for building custom commercial rooftop units and chiller units for datacenters. You will utilize various hand and power tools, assist with general shop maintenance, and have the opportunity to expand your skills in other areas over time.

    Responsibilities

    + Build custom HVAC units using hand and power tools.

    + Assist with general shop tasks, including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleaning.

    + Support other assemblers by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor experience.

    + Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience with HVAC sheet metal work.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Experience in manufacturing or sheet metal is a plus.

    + Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a large, climate-controlled warehouse with high ceilings and ample natural light. Employees work in a brand new facility with state-of-the-art equipment. The dress code is casual, requiring steel-toe boots. Shifts run from 6am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday, and 6am to 10am on Friday, with a second shift available.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
