    Job Title: Material Handler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. This role involves working in a cleanroom kit assembly facility, operating a forklift to move products to and from production areas

     

    Shift: 6am-2:30pm

     

    Pay: $20/hour

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize a pick sheet and RF scanner to accurately pick products for kitting assemblers.

    + Utilize forklifts to move products through facility

    + Load picked materials into grey totes and place them on the conveyor.

    + Ensure accurate counting of products, as precision is crucial.

    + Engage in extensive walking and climbing as part of daily duties.

    + Collaborate in the distribution, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to count accurately, even when products are packaged in different quantities.

    + Capable of standing for 8 hours.

    + Ability to lift 20 lbs.

    + Proficiency in following written work instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.

    + Experience in cleanroom settings and kit assembly.

    + Familiarity with medical kit assembly is advantageous.

    The work takes place in a world-class cleanroom facility in Waukegan. Employees will work closely with others and are required to fully gown up to maintain the cleanroom standards. The facility is known for its cleanliness and easy work conditions.

    This is a Permanent position based out of WAUKEGAN, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
