    Job Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Laborers to join our new plant in Florence, TX. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a vital role in concrete production by utilizing hand and power tools to assemble structures, load and unload materials, and assist in setting up equipment around the plant.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize hand and power tools to assemble structures.

    + Load and unload materials efficiently.

    + Assist in setting up equipment around the plant.

    + Engage in general production and construction tasks.

    + Perform packing and assembly duties.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience in heavy industrial work environments.

    + Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs.

    + Spanish speaking skills are mandatory.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with measuring tools.

    + Previous construction or heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Experience a dynamic indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment where adaptability is key. Be prepared for physically demanding tasks including bending, standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks. Work long days, starting at 7:00 am, for 10-12 hours, Monday through Friday, with potential expansion to Saturday shifts. Enjoy 30 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Steel-toed shoes and met guards are required, with all other PPE provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
