Job Title: HVAC Service Technician



Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with five years of field experience or equivalent education and training. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to meet auto insurance requirements. EPA Universal certification is also required.

Responsibilities

+ Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

+ Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.

+ Perform routine preventative maintenance.

+ Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

+ Five years of full-time field experience in HVAC or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass auto insurance requirements.

+ EPA Universal Certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with HVAC diagrams.

+ Ability to handle physical workload.

+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

+ Strong communication and people skills.

+ OSHA 10 certification.

Work Environment

The work environment includes servicing commercial and industrial HVAC units throughout Western New York. Technicians will primarily work in retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The standard shift is from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Seneca, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
