    We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. The role involves assembling and building plastic static mixers using both manual and semi-automated processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment, focusing on quality and accuracy while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble and build plastic static mixers using manual and semi-automated processes.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

    + Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.

    + Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to support company objectives and customer expectations.

    + Identify opportunities for improvement to meet quality system objectives.

    Essential Skills

    + Production experience

    + General labor skills

    + Assembly and assembly line experience

    + Compounding and mixing skills

    + Ability to perform heavy lifting

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.

    Work Environment

    This is an on-site position located in Mound House, NV, ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, repetitive tasks. The work involves physical activity, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs, and requires manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Candidates can expect to perform tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods, based on preference and task requirements. Clear verbal communication is essential for team coordination and safety compliance.

    This is a Contract position based out of Carson City, NV.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
