Job Title: Laborer Technician** **Job Description

We are seeking four dedicated Laborer Technicians to assist with material movement on-site for a commercial construction project at a data center in Lenoir, NC. This role involves working closely with a team to execute site development tasks, focusing on grading for erosion control and drainage.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with site development projects for commercial construction.

+ Participate in sitework operations, including grading for erosion control and drainage.

+ Lay down erosion control matting and stone for concrete drainage mats.

+ Work in various weather conditions, including heat and wet environments.

+ Assist in cleaning out sediment-filled baskets.

+ Utilize shovels and brooms for labor-intensive tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to work hard and take direction.

+ Experience with general labor and hand tools.

+ Team player with good attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6+ months of construction labor or land year of construction and/or labor experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
