In this role, you’ll program, set up, and operate **Mori Seiki CNC lathes** to produce precision components that meet exacting standards. Your expertise in blueprint interpretation and machining will ensure every job is executed with precision and reliability.

What You’ll Do

+ 🖥️ Program CNC lathes for diverse machining tasks

+ 🔧 Set up and operate CNC lathes to deliver precision parts

+ 📐 Read and interpret blueprints to guarantee accuracy

+ 🪵 Select correct materials based on job requirements

+ ✅ Maintain quality control and ensure parts meet specifications

What We’re Looking For

+ Hands-on experience with **CNC lathe programming and machining**

+ **Proficiency in machine setup and operation**

+ **Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints**

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with **Mori Seiki lathe brands**

+ **Familiarity with milling processes**

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a **2nd shift position** designed for flexibility and work-life balance. Choose between:

+ **Four 10-hour days** or

+ **Five 8-hour days**

+ Start times range from **12 PM to 4 PM** , giving you control over your schedule while still contributing to high-impact projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
