    + **2nd Shift:** 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM | **$18.70/HR**

    + **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | **$19.55/HR**

    + **Additional Pay:**

    + +$2/HR for refrigerated areas

    + +$3/HR for freezer environments

     

    Role Overview

     

    We’re looking for detail-oriented **Packaging Technicians** to join our team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you’ll operate packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with strict industry standards. You’ll be hands-on with packaging, labeling, cleaning, and supporting production start-up and close-out activities—all while maintaining safety and accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Follow cGMP, SOPs, and client requirements in all tasks.

    + Operate manual and automated packaging machinery.

    + Assemble, fill, label, and package pharmaceutical products.

    + Perform in-process inspections and quality checks (AQL).

    + Assist with job start-up and shutdown procedures.

    + Clean rooms and equipment according to SOPs.

    + Complete computer-based tasks for job tracking and data entry.

    + Accurately count components and finished products.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

    + Basic math skills for measurements and counts.

    + Ability to read diagrams and batch documentation.

    + Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Comfortable working in cold and freezer environments.

    This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $19.55/hr.
