    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Electrical Assemblers responsible for the assembly of various drives and electric transformers. This role involves working collaboratively in teams of 2-4, utilizing hand and power tools, and adhering to work orders. This is a bench assembly position, focused on the medium voltage line, where you will work consistently on the same drive throughout your shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble electrical components for drives and electric transformers.

    + Follow work orders and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.

    + Collaborate effectively within a team setting of 2-4 people.

    + Utilize various hand and power tools for assembly tasks.

    + Engage in bench assembly, working on medium voltage lines.

    + Maintain focus and consistency on the same drive for the entirety of the shift.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + 2+ years of assembly experience (mechanical or electrical) from the same company.

    + 1+ years of experience in blueprint or schematic reading.

    + Proficiency in electrical assembly, wiring, and soldering.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams or wire diagrams.

    + Experience in mechanical and electronic assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment during the 2nd shift hours of 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday through Thursday. Our brand new facility requires steel toes and safety glasses, and is designed to support a positive and safe work experience. As we expand our operations, we aim to add 1200 jobs over the next 8-10 years, positioning us as a key player in the industry.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
