Maintenance Technician

3rd shift: Midnight-8am

Pay: $37 (top out pay up to $45)

Job Description

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and guidance from the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, this role involves performing a variety of tasks essential to the safe maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment in alignment with company guidelines and customer requirements. The successful execution of these tasks is critical to ensuring the safety, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of plant production lines. The plant operates continuously 24 hours a day, five days a week.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.

+ Utilize schematic and blueprint reading for effective troubleshooting and repair.

+ Conduct welding and fabrication as needed.

+ Use multimeter and other tools for maintenance repair.

+ Handle low voltage systems, VFDs, HMI, servo systems, and relay logic.

+ Maintain pumps, blowers, gears, sheaves, and combustion equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair expertise.

+ Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and repair

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

+ Experience in conveyor troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
