Job Title: Production Operator (1st Shift) ($20-22/hr.)

Job Description

Successfully complete departmental training programs and maintain required skill levels. Train other plant employees in equipment operation and process procedures. Safely and accurately operate all equipment associated with production processes, using prescribed PPE. Identify, stage, and procure raw materials according to published formulas. Maintain accurate production records, including pounds used, lot numbers, and waste or spillage reporting. Independently produce batches from approved formulations, including weighing, mixing, extruder charging, pelletizing, and completing master-batch processes. Set up production processes, deliver samples to Quality Control, and adjust processes per QC feedback. Perform basic equipment maintenance. Operate cleaning equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheffield, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
