Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and a minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance. This is a critical role on our day shift team, and we are looking for a top-tier technician who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related equipment.
+ Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
+ Support equipment installations and setups.
+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
+ Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an injection molding environment.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and controls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Experience with preventive maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
