Job Summary:
The Assembler performs assembly functions from start to finish. This role involves reading production lists, selecting correct materials, using hand and power tools, and inspecting each phase of assembly to ensure quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
**•** Perform assembly from start to finish
• Inspect each phase of assembly to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report material shortages or quality concerns
• Read and follow production lists and work instructions
• Follow standard work, control plans, and written procedures
• Use hand and power tools including drills, screw guns, nail/staple guns, chop saws, routers, and sanders
Required Skills:
• Assembly and production experience
• General labor or construction experience
• Mechanical assembly skills
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable operating various tools and equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
