Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing hydraulic and bi-fold doors. This role requires the use of hand tools and power tools on a daily basis. Electrical training is preferred, and candidates must be trainable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

+ Service and repair hydraulic and bi-fold doors.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.

+ Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in all tasks.

+ Be open to training and learning new skills.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical and electrical skills.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to travel throughout the Midwest.

+ Comfortable working at heights (20 ft is typical).

+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous travel experience for work is preferred.

+ Willingness to train on specific products.

Work Environment

This position requires travel throughout the upper Midwest, typically out of town from Monday to Thursday night or Friday morning, with weekends at home. Workdays start at 6 AM on Monday. Expect to work year-round, with hours ranging from 45-60 per week. While the work environment is generally enclosed during winter, it may not always be heated.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
