Job Title: Site Manager** **Job Description

The role of the Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping. This position is crucial for ensuring all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being are adhered to.

Responsibilities

+ Act as the primary liaison with clients, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors for successful building operations.

+ Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections.

+ Respond positively and promptly to requests from clients and occupants.

+ Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.

+ Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

+ Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

+ Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Essential Skills

+ Familiarity with building systems, documentation, and administration.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

+ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

+ Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles.

+ Capability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

+ Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ 10+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Familiarity with CMMS and quality control.

+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment

The work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm with an hour for lunch. The facility operates 24/7, and as a manager, it is expected to adopt a first in, last out approach. The environment involves working with various systems and requires a professional dress code.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
