Job Title: Assistant Machine Operator

Job Description

+ This role involves assisting a machine operator and working collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Candidates will be trained in all aspects of the converting process and have the opportunity to progress to a lead operator position.

+ The role consists of positions available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shift where candidates will be actively engaged in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

+ Assist the machine operator in daily tasks.

+ Participate in all stages of the converting process.

+ Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Operate machinery including rewind and forklifts.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience within the last 2 years.

+ Experience in packaging and machine operation.

Pay

+ $21-22/hour based off of interview and previous work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
