    Hiring Facilities Maintenance Technician to Join Our Team at a Leading Manufacturer in Colorado Springs

    **Location:** Colorado Springs, CO

    **Pay Rate:** $24 - $27 per hour

    **Schedule:** Full-time, 5-day workweek (weekends required)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to ensure the comprehensive upkeep of our industrial facility. This role includes troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems (PLC), as well as managing building functions such as chillers, boilers, HVAC, and water systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform automation troubleshooting and maintenance on PLC systems

    + Diagnose and resolve issues with chillers, boilers, HVAC, and water systems

    + Maintain the facility, including small tasks like snow removal and unclogging toilets

    + Use provided tools to repair and maintain building systems

    + Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with HVAC systems

    + Proficiency in plumbing and facilities maintenance

    + Skilled in preventive maintenance and repairs

    + Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems (Automation Direct preferred)

    + Knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical systems

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + EPA Universal certification for HVAC is a plus

    + Experience with building automation systems

    + Comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks—no job is too small

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
