    Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker in York County. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and learn the entire manufacturing process of consumer goods. You will be cross-trained across multiple departments, following specific recipes and instructions.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate in training and learn the entire manufacturing process.

    + Be cross-trained in multiple departments.

    + Follow specific recipes and instructions.

    + Handle frequent lifting tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor and production work.

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

    + Strong attendance record.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Comfortable working in a hot and messy environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous industrial job experience is preferred.

    Work Environment

    Work in a hot, humid, and industrial kitchen environment, handling spices and food ingredients alongside approximately 80 other production workers. This is a 2nd shift position from Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, ME.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.55 - $22.55/hr.
