    Job Title: Forklift Operator $17-21/HR

    Job Description

    The role involves building out pallets for canned dry goods to be shipped from a large distribution center. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and constructing pallets based on client orders, primarily for grocery stores and retailers. The position requires operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced production environment. You will use a headset that guides you on what items to pick and where to go within the warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    + Build and customize pallets for canned dry goods based on client orders.

    + Operate a stand-up forklift to move between locations within the warehouse.

    + Use a headset to receive instructions on order picking and pallet construction.

    + Ensure accurate picking, packing, and palletizing of goods for shipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in operating a stand-up forklift.

    + Proficiency in order picking and packing.

    + Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

    + Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.

    + At least 6 months of forklift experience, or over 1 year in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
