    Job Title:** **Industrial Custodian

    **Location:** Morgan Hill, CA

     

    Pay:** Up to **$25/hour

    Schedule:

    + **Alternative Workweek:** Mon–Thu 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Fri until 11:00 AM

    + **Occasional Overtime** available on Fridays

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re hiring a **Custodian** to join our facilities team and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for our production staff. This role is essential to keeping our **machine shop and CNC equipment in top condition** while supporting a collaborative and safety-focused workplace.

    What You’ll Do

    + Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and CNC machine tools

    + Perform **daily preventative maintenance** on machine tools

    + Keep the manufacturing floor and exterior areas clean and safe

    + Occasionally operate a **forklift or scissor lift** for cleaning tasks

    Skills & Qualifications

    + **2+ years** experience as an industrial custodian in a similar environment

    + Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Experience with cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work, and warehouse production

    + Familiarity with general labor and production environments

    + Ability to perform inspections and work safely in an industrial setting

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morgan Hill, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
