Fulfillment Associate – Warehouse Operations

Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing warehouse team. Our company specializes in delivering high-quality food products: dumplings, noodles, and specialty sauces straight to our customers’ doors. We’re a close knit crew that thrives on teamwork, positivity, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble and package customer orders with care and accuracy

+ Maintain organized inventory and update stock records

+ Execute picking and packing tasks with speed and precision

+ Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments

+ Operate RF scanners for tracking and inventory control

+ Assist with general warehouse upkeep and labor as needed

Core Competencies

+ Experience in warehouse packing and inventory handling

+ Familiarity with shipping workflows and packaging standards

+ Skilled in order fulfillment, receiving, and dispatch

+ Comfortable using RF scanning equipment and managing physical inventory

Preferred Attributes

+ Friendly, dependable, and a strong team player

+ Previous exposure to shipping/receiving environments is a plus

Work Culture & Schedule

+ Casual, collaborative warehouse environment with a team of five

+ Music keeps the energy flowing—no formal dress code, just come ready to work

+ Shifts run **Thursday through Sunday** with two options:

+ **Early Morning:** 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

+ **Late Afternoon:** 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
