    Job Title: Junior Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking an entry level equipment operator who has their MA 2A1C that is looking to get into the seat. This role will be 60 percent labor and 40 percent operating for an environmental construction company doing remediation work. The pay rate will be between $25 - $27 based on skills and experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers IN THE FIELD.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and lulls to support remediation activities.

    + Handle hazardous waste safely and in compliance with regulations.

    + Move and manage soil as part of site remediation tasks.

    + Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.

    + Comply with safety and environmental protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Active 2A-1C hoisting license.

    + Proficiency in heavy equipment operation.

    + Construction labor experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with front end loaders and general labor in construction settings is beneficial.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
