Job Title: Production Line Worker** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Line Worker, where you will be integral in the assembly process of creating cord sets with plugs. This role involves working within an assembly line to perform various tasks, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

+ Cut wires to specified lengths using a tape measure.

+ Stage cords on a tow line for subsequent process steps.

+ Utilize a variety of tools to strip insulation from wire tips.

+ Crimp connectors, such as copper, onto wires.

+ Place wire ends into a jig for insertion into a molding machine to install plugs.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in assembly and general production techniques.

+ Experience with hand tools and a tape measure.

+ Basic math skills and ability to document processes.

+ Familiarity with forklifts and material handling equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior forklift experience required.

+ Comfortable with computers and basic documentation.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, though this is infrequent.

Work Environment

Work duties are performed at various stations within one of five assembly/production lines. Materials handled may include spools of wire, large bags of plastic pellets, and other components on skids and in boxes. The environment is designed to support collaborative and efficient production processes.

This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
