Job Title: Maintenance Apprentice Entry Level

Pay 21 per hour

2nd an d 3rd shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will apply process improvement techniques to enhance machinery performance and troubleshoot equipment issues. You will also utilize preventative maintenance programs and interpret blueprints and technical manuals to ensure optimal equipment operation.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures to enhance machinery performance.

+ Maximize performance of machinery by troubleshooting equipment problems.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.

+ Implement preventative maintenance programs to maintain and prevent equipment failure.

+ Record, document, and report various maintenance activities and issues.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical aptitude or tech school experience.

+ Experience with maintenance repair and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

+ High School diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Entry-level role with growth opportunities.

+ Experience with stamping and preventive maintenance.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, well-lit industrial setting. Opportunities are available on the 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM) and the 3rd shift (Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6:30 AM).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dacula, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
