    **Location:** Palmetto, FL

    **Pay Range:** $18–$21 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional weekend work)

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail‑oriented **Electrical Assembler** to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling electrical components, wiring systems, and sub‑assemblies that meet our quality and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble electrical components, wiring harnesses, and sub‑assemblies according to schematics and work instructions

    + Perform soldering, crimping, and cable routing with accuracy

    + Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality requirements

    + Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

    + Support continuous improvement efforts and follow all safety protocols

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related field preferred

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Comfortable working with hand tools and electrical components

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

    + Reliable, punctual, and able to work occasional weekends as needed

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
