    General Production Worker – Food Manufacturing

    **Location:** Hershey, Pennsylvania

    **Pay:** $20.00 per hour

    **Please note:** This position requires **flexibility to work rotating shifts** , including **1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift** , based on production needs. Candidates must be comfortable with schedule changes.

    What You’ll Do

    + Prepare and package products for lab and pilot plant testing

    + Assist with ingredient prep, equipment setup, and end‑of‑shift cleanup

    + Support sample production for sales and large‑scale production runs

    + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces and equipment

    + Track inventory and enter ingredient/packaging information into internal systems

    What We’re Looking For

    + Previous food manufacturing or general production experience preferred

    + Familiarity with **food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)**

    + Ability to perform duties such as packing, picking, cleaning, and labeling

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Willingness to work **rotating shifts** and **overtime as needed**

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
