    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced **HVAC Technician** to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with equipment operation, ductwork, valves, air movement systems, and DX refrigeration systems. A strong commitment to health and safety and the ability to work in elevated and confined spaces is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain HVAC equipment, including piping, ductwork, dampers, valves, and exhaust systems.

    + Perform general HVAC maintenance, inspections, and repairs on pumps, filters, compressed air systems, air units, and related equipment.

    + Break down and prioritize maintenance tasks, including shutdowns, LOTO procedures, commissioning, and inspections.

    + Handle DX refrigeration systems (license or familiarity preferred).

    + Conduct repairs and commissioning work on rooftops and outdoor areas.

    + Communicate effectively using two-way radios and mobile devices.

    + Work safely at heights using fall protection equipment (lanyards, harnesses, tie-off).

    + Follow confined space procedures when required.

    + Demonstrate strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and compliance.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

    + DX refrigeration experience (license or familiarity preferred).

    + Ability to work in elevated areas and confined spaces.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures.

    + Climbing stairs, rooftop work, outdoor exposure.

    + Understanding of LOTO, commissioning, and inspection processes.

    + Semiconductor experience is **not required** but considered a plus.

    This is a Contract position based out of Round Rock, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37.94 - $37.94/hr.
