Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will perform essential production and assembly duties within a manufacturing environment. Your role will include setting up machines, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring production goals are met. You will be responsible for visually inspecting parts for defects, conducting quality checks, and maintaining accurate paperwork and daily logs of production numbers and orders. Adherence to all safety protocols and precautions is mandatory.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general production and assembly job duties.

+ Set up machines for operation and load/unload materials.

+ Meet production goals efficiently.

+ Visually inspect parts for defects and conduct quality checks.

+ Complete paperwork and daily logs of production numbers and orders.

+ Follow all safety protocols and precautions.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.

+ Proficiency in machine operation.

+ Ability to use a tape measure effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

+ Any education and/or certifications related to the manufacturing industry is a bonus.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled and requires wearing steel toes and safety glasses. There are openings available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.89 - $20.89/hr.
