    Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a General Laborer at a local parts cleaning company, where you will play a crucial role in the production process, handling and maintaining parts and assemblies from high tech semiconductor manufacturing.

    Responsibilities

    + Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies in a controlled cleanroom environment.

    + Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts.

    + Maintain the highest safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values.

    + Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.

    + Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.

    + Use and maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.

    + Utilize cleaning techniques, including mechanical and chemical cleaning, to clean equipment.

    + Daily use of safety equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, and chemical-resistant aprons and gloves.

    + Handle potentially hazardous materials following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures.

    + Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate garments and following micro-contamination protocols.

    + Adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures.

    + Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.

    + Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, ensuring each step is annotated as complete.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and assembly.

    + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.

    + Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs.

    + Experience in working in a cleanroom environment.

    + Chemical handling knowledge.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous general labor experience.

    + Experience in the semiconductor industry.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
