Construction Receptionist / Administrator

**Location:** Cedar Rapids, Iowa

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Pay Range:** $18–$25/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Construction Receptionist / Administrator** to join our team. This role is critical in supporting daily operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance across administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

+ **Payroll & Billing:** Process payroll and manage billing tasks accurately and on time.

+ **Coding & Data Entry:** Enter and maintain data with precision for project and financial records.

+ **Employee Relations Support:** Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support to employees.

+ **Administrative Duties:** Handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, and general office tasks.

+ **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements; prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles (construction industry experience preferred).

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
