Job Title: Commercial Service Plumbing Manager** **Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumbing Manager to provide leadership and support to our Plumbing Technicians while handling key administrative responsibilities related to commercial plumbing service, repair, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of commercial plumbing supervisory experience in the role of a Service Manager, along with hands-on commercial plumbing experience in service, tenant improvements, and/or new construction.

Responsibilities

+ Schedule, delegate, and review work order activities for commercial plumbing field staff in coordination with dispatch and account managers.

+ Achieve departmental objectives and goals by effectively managing field technicians.

+ Provide phone support to service technicians and assist in identifying solutions.

+ Forecast and schedule plumbing equipment, tools, and materials.

+ Train and coach technicians on commercial service plumbing techniques and best practices.

+ Manage personnel in compliance with state laws, company policies, and maintain strong working relationships with customers, supervisors, field technicians, and internal departments.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the service plumbing department.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of five years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience.

+ Recent and relevant supervisory experience in commercial plumbing, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.

+ Above-average troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in cell phone applications, Microsoft Office, and web-based platforms.

Work Environment

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The work environment includes face-to-face interactions with team members and clients, and the location for interviews is in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $86000.00/yr.

The terms of this offer of employment are:

Wages are paid every Friday. You will be provided with an annual performance review.

Please note, the annual performance review does not guarantee wage adjustment. Pay

adjustments are based on a combination of performance level, competitive market value

and SEMP’s financial performance.

In addition to the above, Superior will provide you with the following:

1. Enrollment in SEMP’s medical, dental, vision and supplemental plan effective the

first day of the of the month following 60 days of employment. The Company will

pay a portion of the premium for the employee medical coverage on the Bronze

Plan. Participation in the dental, vision, and voluntary programs are subject to

employee paid premiums deducted through payroll on a pretax basis.
