Job Title: 3rd Shift - Production Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Manage all aspects of the production process, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing, and shipping.

+ Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium.

+ Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.

+ Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images.

+ Operate and maintain printers efficiently.

+ Conduct quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a work order and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.

+ Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting of printed pieces.

+ Report inventory levels and manage stock to be reordered.

+ Clean and maintain storage areas.

+ Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, assembly, and general production techniques.

+ Proficient in inspection and use of hand tools.

+ Skilled in machine operation and general labor tasks.

+ Ability to efficiently load and use a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.

+ Capability to lift 50 or more pounds.

+ Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and perform back-and-forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics.

+ Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.

+ Proficiency in using light power equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
