Job Title: Production Worker, pay can get up to $23/hr.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated production worker to join our team in a versatile floater role. You will be responsible for loading materials onto the line, stacking materials as they come off the line, performing visual quality inspections, and cutting tiles to size. You will also stack and palletize finished tiles, which typically weigh around 2 pounds, although some can be heavier. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, with team assistance for anything heavier.
Responsibilities
+ Load materials onto the production line.
+ Stack materials as they come off the line.
+ Perform visual quality inspections on products.
+ Cut tiles to specified sizes.
+ Stack and palletize finished tiles.
+ Independently lift up to 50 pounds, with team assistance for heavier items.
Essential Skills
+ At least 1 year of machine operation or production line experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Experience with assembly, production, and machine operation.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
+ Experience as a material handler or forklift operator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in visual quality inspection.
+ Packing and palletizing experience.

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean, though not climate controlled, and can be warm during the summer. Employees will work with fiberglass, so protective equipment such as PPE for arms and neck, gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses are provided to prevent irritation. Shifts include: 1st Shift from 5am-1pm Monday through Thursday, extended to 3pm with overtime; 2nd Shift from 2:50pm-12:50am Monday through Thursday, with Friday reserved for overtime; and 3rd Shift from 9pm-7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
