    Job Title: Production Line Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Production Line Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually assembling boxes, packing final brick bags, instructions, and other components into packaging prior to shipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manually assemble boxes and pack final products for shipment.

    + Maintain machines in good condition and ensure a clean and tidy work area.

    + Perform all production line positions, ensuring efficient production flow.

    + Report production metrics and adhere to performance measures.

    + Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any issues.

    + Contribute to the continuous flow of the line, minimizing downtime.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in packaging, production equipment, and quality inspection.

    + Ability to handle materials, labeling, and packing orders.

    + Familiarity with assembly line and production line operations.

    + General labor and warehouse production experience.

    + 1-2 years in production or manufacturing.

    + Capability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Quality control, quality assurance, and inventory management skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma/GED preferred.

    + Ability to make a box in less than 2 seconds.

    + Capability to lift 50 lbs when loading full boxes onto pallets.

    + Experience in environments where performance is measured.

    + No unexplained large gaps in employment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Petersburg, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
