Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking dedicated warehouse workers to join our team, offering both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. The 1st shift runs from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, while the 2nd shift is from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Both shifts may occasionally require Saturday work. This role involves cross-training in picking, packaging, and receiving, with minimal equipment usage.

Responsibilities

+ Verify materials received against purchase requisition.

+ Accurately pick, breakdown, and quality check orders for timely delivery to production and direct customer shipment.

+ Operate a Stand Up Reach Truck and various class forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards.

+ Prepare skids for freight shipments, including wrapping and strapping.

+ Stock bins and shelves with parts from receiving carts and areas.

+ Package and quality control systems and parts for shipping.

+ Check-in RMAs and RTVs.

+ Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping.

+ Ensure timely and accurate receipt of products from vendors.

+ Contribute ideas and participation in monthly meetings.

+ Complete semi-annual inventories and weekly cycle counts.

Essential Skills

+ 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience.

+ 1 to 3 years of RF Scanner experience.

+ 1 to 3 years of picking experience.

+ Strong computer skills.

+ Comfortable reading very small printed labels.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ Proficiency in reading and writing in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in a warehouse for a computer or electronics company is advantageous.

+ A strong attention to detail and passion for technology are beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
