What You’ll Do

As a Night Shift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our production operations running smoothly. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

+ Operating production machinery efficiently and safely

+ Packaging and preparing parts for movement throughout the plant

+ Transporting parts and boxes as needed

+ Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized workspace

+ Working closely with a supportive team to ensure steady production flow

During your first few weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to earn additional overtime as you get ramped up and integrated into your regular rotating schedule.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you bring:

+ **9 months of tenure** at each past employer

+ **6+ months of manufacturing experiences**

Bonus Skills

Experience in general labor, production, or similar environments is a plus—but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
