Primary Responsibilities

+ Prepare and set forms for concrete production

+ Assist with stripping, setup, and pouring of concrete beds

+ Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure production standards are met

+ Support various departments as needed to maintain workflow

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Perform physically demanding labor on a daily basis

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in concrete work or sheetrock finishing

+ Proficiency with hand tools and the ability to read a tape measure

+ Comfortable working in dusty or dirty environments

+ Flexible with start times and scheduling needs

+ Willing to work overtime and Saturday shifts during peak season

Pay and Benefits
