    HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – $27–$30/hr | 40+ HOURS ALL WINTER

    **Location:** Omaha, NE

    **Pay:** $27–$30/hr based on experience

    **Hours:** 40–60 hrs/week with overtime

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Operate heavy equipment for site prep, grading, excavation, trenching, and material handling.

    + Switch between machines: excavators, dozers, scrapers, graders, tractor pans, backhoes, track hoes.

    + Perform fine grading and foundational work.

    + Daily maintenance checks and report issues.

    + Work safely and follow project plans.

    What You Need

    + **3+ years experience** running multiple types of heavy equipment.

    + Skilled with excavators, dozers, graders.

    + Familiar with GPS systems and civil site work.

    + Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).

    + Able to work outdoors in all conditions.

    Extras

    + OSHA 10 certification (we’ll provide if needed).

    + Basic mechanical skills.

    + Adaptable and willing to learn new equipment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
