Job Description
+ Join a dynamic team in a rubber manufacturing facility where hydraulic-driven presses are used to create flexible rubber products
+ We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the seamless operation of our equipment
Job Responsibilities
+ Independently modify, repair, install, maintain, and improve various types of injection press and auxiliary equipment
+ Diagnose mechanical problems and provide innovative solutions for equipment breakdowns by applying skills in mechanics, fitting, plumbing, basic welding, and metal work
+ Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform control system analysis using PLC ladder logic diagrams
+ Maintain plant equipment including air compressors, chillers, water towers, and fire systems
+ Support effective line handover between shifts with proper documentation and briefings
+ Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedules and standards
+ Train others in equipment changeover and setup procedures
+ Recommend and implement solutions for routine and unique equipment problems, including fabrication or modification of components
+ Respond to equipment issues in a timely and customer-oriented manner
+ Solve problems independently and develop new procedures for complex issues
+ Maintain high standards of organization and housekeeping
+ Integrate plant, quality, safety, and security policies into daily activities
+ Follow maintenance, sanitation, and Environmental Health and Safety protocols at all times
+ Demonstrate a track record of excellent attendance
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of maintenance experience in a Tier 1 environment
+ 5 years of electrical troubleshooting on industrial machines
+ 5 years of hydraulic troubleshooting
+ Ability to navigate PLC to identify issues
+ Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $74817.60 - $74817.60/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Troy,MI.
